1. How long will it take to receive my bedding order?
It depends on the shipping methods you select. If you choose the Expedited methods such as TNT, DHL, UPS and FedEx, it will take you about 2-5 working days after shipping. If you select the Standard method - MSN, it will cost about 7-15 working days to reach you. And before shipping, your items will be prepared within 5 working days.

Yes, all bedding sizes listed are based on industry standards. However there may be 1-2cm inaccuracy. Before purchasing the item, you can refer to the product description for specific size.
8. Can I change my order information after sending the confirmation E-mail?
Unfortunately, all orders cannot be changed after we receive your confirmation by email or by phone. Therefore please check your order carefully.
9. Can I cancel my order after payment?
All orders cannot be cancelled 24 hours after your confirmation, as we have already arranged the production after receiving your confirmation.
10. Can I get a discount when I order in bulk?
Yes, definitely! Purchase in bulk is always welcome! Please contact us with detailed information.
11. Which currencies do you accept?
We accept Euro, GBP, USD, AUS. You can use the currency changer to view the prices in your preferred currency. Your total costs will be calculated in your preferred currency. However, exchange rates are checked and adjusted multiple times during a 24-hour period. So if you leave your Shopping Bag and complete your transaction later, the total amount may change according to the exchange rate at the time.

1. If I have a problem with my purchase, how do I contact you?
You can contact our customer service department at iGreenbedding@gmail.com. It would be helpful if you have photos of the purchase to show us exactly what the problem is.
2. How do I send back my purchase?
Once you have contacted our customer service stuff and we agree to give you a refund or exchange, an address and return code will be offered. If you do not use this return code, we have the right to reject the returned package. If the purchase is not in the same condition before shipping it to you, for example if it looks like it has been worn or has stains, we will refuse to refund you. It is advisable for you to send the purchase back via the post office in case of the additional taxes.
3. Do I need to pay for shipping fee if I send the item back to you?
If it is our mistake, we will pay for the shipping fee. However, if it is not our fault, we will not pay for it.
